Jane Arthur Roslovic

  • Jane co-founded Treplus Communities and Treplus Property Management in 2012 after a long career in real estate development and now leads the company’s vision and growth. She is a recognized voice in the active adult industry, frequently speaking at national conferences and serving in leadership roles with ULI, NAHB, Central Ohio BIA— where she is a past president—and NIC—where she is Vice Chair of the active adult FAC. Jane is committed to advancing awareness and operational excellence in active adult housing nationwide.

Ann Arthur Cook

  • Since 2012, Ann has played a leading role in the founding and growth of Treplus Communities and Treplus Property Management. She guides the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives and special projects, reinforcing its focus on innovation and quality. Ann began her career in banking with Irving Trust and Bankers Trust Co. and holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Geoff William Arthur

  • Geoff brings decades of experience in real estate investment and development to his role as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Treplus Communities and Treplus Property Management. He directs human resources, and legal functions for the company and its subsidiaries. In addition, he is active in professional organizations including the BIA, ULI, and the Ohio State Bar Association. Geoff holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and a JD from The Ohio State University.

Joe Hall

  • Joe leads TPM’s finance and accounting operations, providing oversight, strategic guidance and financial management across all communities. A CPA with extensive experience in real estate development and accounting—including roles at CHN Housing Partners, National Church Residences, Deloitte & Touche and Wallick Communities—he ensures operational efficiency, financial accuracy and strong performance for owners and investors.

Stephanie Murphy

  • Stephanie leads TPM’s property management operations, overseeing community directors, managers, leasing specialists, and maintenance teams. With more than 25 years of experience in residential and association management, construction, and business development—including 10 years as VP of Association Management at Borror Properties managing a 10,000-unit portfolio—she ensures operational excellence, strong financial performance, and high-quality, resident-focused service across every community.

Tracy Caserta

  • Tracy leads TPM’s sales team and new market initiatives, focusing on mentoring and developing our Signature Sales Development Program. With over 20 years of experience in retirement living, sales training and management, she drives results while ensuring an exceptional resident experience. Prior to TPM, Tracy was Director of Sales and Marketing at Glenlaurel Inn and Cottages, worked in retirement communities and owned an award-winning landscape business in Florida.

Karen McConkey

  • Karen leads TPM’s branding, creative and marketing strategy—spanning both traditional and digital channels—ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all communities. She brings nearly 15 years of experience across B2B and B2C organizations—including real estate, restaurant and hospitality, retail and specialty consumer brands. Prior to TPM, she served as Director of Brand and Marketing at LINK Property Management and contributed to multiple award-winning multifamily real estate brands.

Paige Fletcher

  • Karen leads TPM’s branding, creative and marketing strategy—spanning both traditional and digital channels—ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all communities. She brings nearly 15 years of experience across B2B and B2C organizations—including real estate, restaurant and hospitality, retail and specialty consumer brands. Prior to TPM, she served as Director of Brand and Marketing at LINK Property Management and contributed to multiple award-winning multifamily real estate brands.

Christine Noria

  • Christine leads TPM’s operational analytics and reporting, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance across all communities. She brings extensive experience in data analysis, survey design, project management, and organizational strategy. Prior to joining TPM, Christine coordinated a $5 million NIH-funded multi-site research study and served as an associate professor of psychology. Her expertise ensures informed decision-making, operational efficiency and measurable results.

Schyuler Paisley

  • Christine leads TPM’s operational analytics and reporting, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance across all communities. She brings extensive experience in data analysis, survey design, project management, and organizational strategy. Prior to joining TPM, Christine coordinated a $5 million NIH-funded multi-site research study and served as an associate professor of psychology. Brenda Alexander

  • Brenda leads the development and facilitation of socially engaging programming across TPM communities, enhancing the resident experience in our active adult communities. She joined Treplus in 2020 as a Leasing Consultant and later served as Community Director. Prior to TPM, Brenda worked with national companies promoting wellness and helping families find lifestyle solutions. She partners closely with the Ambassadors of Community Engagement (ACES) to continually grow and refine programming.
